Customer Satisfaction

In all walks of public service we have undercover staff that pose us standard customers to see what kind of service they get.

You know, people checking into hotels as guest but secretly they work for the company and they then experience first hand to see how the hotel and staff perform.

Why hasn't this idea been rolled to see what the Fuzz do?  Now that would be interesting undercover operation...
