Time to Get Stuck In

I have been rather amiss at making my next batch of jerky and cannot put it off any longer.  I have all the necessary things ready and plan to make some this morning, but I want to go back to basics for the seasonings.  I fancy salt and pepper, chilli, garlic and some Worcester sauce.

Hopefully that will turn out as delicious as it sounds.
