Sensitive Toothpaste

Works wonders for erm, sensitive teeth and we use it all the time.  The principle of the idea is I assume, that the toothpaste leaves a protective shroud over your tooth and any feelings of pain or discomfort are covered.  Plugging any microscopic holes or cracks, so to speak.

But if this super sticky paste adheres more strongly to your teeth, what happens when you gob it out on rinsing?  Sure it's diluted but over time it must have an effect on the drainage pipes?

I am sure we are getting our sink clogged up in the bathroom and we are going to have to put down one of those "Mr Muscle" heavy duty cleaners down there soon.
