Two Beers, Please

I have never liked the number two sign when sticking up fingers.  You're either telling someone to fuck off or implying it's been a gallant victory, and so I have always used the German (European) sign, which is thumb and forefinger*.

Trouble is, our pals at Khmer Idea never see the thumb and so always bring back just the one beer.  However, we've now trained them up and they're all tickled pink at the"new style" way of asking for two brews.  :o)
